
Randy Watkins
Owner
Randy Watkins recently acquired CAMCO, effective June 2015. As CAMCO’s new owner Watkins provides leadership and direction for the day to day operation of the company and its client base.
He brings three decades of executive management experience to CAMCO, including the last 16 years in the community management industry.
Randy’s career, after service in the U.S. Navy, includes management roles as Computer Operations Manager for the Howard Johnson Company; VP of IT for Sambo’s Restaurants; VP and Controller of Allstar Inns; General Manager of Leisure Village Association, Vice President of the Del Webb Community Management Company and recently as Vice President of PCM of NV.
Committed to his industry, Randy holds several national certifications in community management, including the prestigious PCAM certification. He’s heavily involved in the Nevada Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and occasionally teaches the financial section for the Chapter’s DCAL program.
Active in the Nevada legislative process, Randy was appointed in 2008 by the Governor to the Commission on Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels as the Developer Representative where he served as Vice-Chair and most recently as Chairman until his term ended in 2014. He’s also a member of the Southern Nevada Homebuilders organization and CAMEO which is a professional organization for Community Management Executives.
