We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to oversee multiple HOA communities and serve as the primary liaison between Boards, homeowners, and vendors.

Attend and manage Board meetings

Conduct community inspections and vendor walk-throughs

We are seeking an experienced Director of Community Management to lead and support a team of community managers while overseeing a small portfolio of homeowner associations. This leadership role is responsible for operational performance, client relationships, staff development, and ensuring communities are managed in compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.

Senior Director of Community Management
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Community Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our community management division. This role is responsible for guiding Directors and Community Managers, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization. The Senior Director will play a key role in staff development, operational performance, and maintaining compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
An ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the executive level and understands how leadership discussions influence organizational decisions. They should be able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, contribute thoughtfully to strategic conversations, and navigate the dynamics that come with executive-level decision-making.
