CAMCO hosts “Relaxation Day” for employees at its Las Vegas office

Employees enjoyed a mid-day respite with massages and gifts

LAS VEGAS, NV (August, 2023)– CAMCO (Complete Association Management of Nevada) hosted a “relaxation day” on August 11, 2023 at its Las Vegas offices. The three-hour event was created to allow employees to unplug from their daily tasks to relax and enjoy massages, a free lunch and a “pamper me” gift bag with hand cream, scented candles, eye masks, foot scrub, and more.

More than 60 team members participated in the Vegas Industry Vendors Association (VIVA)-sponsored event. Massage Bliss set up five chairs for massage therapists to help employees unwind. The first-time event was such a success that the company plans to hold others in the future.

“We recently implemented a monthly ‘stand down day’ where we shut off the office phones, allow the team to wear casual dress and have the opportunity to catch up on emails, tidy their office space and just breathe from the day-to-day tasks that can at times be a bit overwhelming for some of them,” said Mary Rendina, CAMCO’s director of marketing. “We make it a point to schedule fun activities with these ‘stand down days,’ so we thought what better way to help them decompress than to offer chair massages and treats?”
